National Customer Preference Register (NCPR) or Do Not Disturb (DND)service is use full for those mobile users who receives useless Commercial Calls/ SMS and gets frustrated. These Customers can send a SMS code to Complaint for De- Activation of this service.
If client is attracted to make use of NCPR facility then he/she can start it by sending the SMS to a fixed number prescribed by Airtel for its customers.
After activation of Do Not Disturb, user will not get any type of annoying promotional Calls from the company.

To Start:
Type SMS as text <START DND > and send it to 1909 (toll free)
To Stop:
Type SMS as text <STOP> and send it to 1909
Customer has also an option to register their request for to start or stop this facility, the customers will have to dial the same no. 1909. Once the user requests for activation ot deactivation of the DND service, it will be activated within 7 days. So, users need to wait at least for 7 days after registered the request for DND service start or stop.
